Information Text on the Law on the Protection of Your Personal Data

(Data Controller), within the scope of our obligation to inform you in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law* (“Law”), which is regulated regarding personal data, in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, taking into account the security of you, our valued user;

In accordance with the law, your personal data is recorded and stored in accordance with the establishment of a service relationship as the data controller and data processor, ensuring service continuity, performance of our services, and responsibilities arising from other laws as a company.

In this context, as the Data Controller, personal information is processed within the framework explained in the Law; will be able to obtain, record, preserve, update, rearrange in order to maintain the contractual relationship, disclose to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, transfer, transfer, share and process in other ways listed in the Law.

Your personal data refers to data and information that identifies you, such as your name and surname, your address, your contact numbers, your ID number, your billing information, the questions asked to you by doctors or our employees, the answers you give, the transactions you request, and access information that you declare so that you can benefit from our service contracts.

Your personal data may be processed by fully or partially automated means during treatment or appointment, by recording the information and statements requested by our customer representatives for your user security if you benefit from call center services, and by transmitting data and documents such as certified domain names and identity samples requested in other services to us. can be collected.

Special personal data; It refers to people’s race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data. .

As a rule, our company does not request or process special data from its users. However, information and data that are mandatory for registration in accordance with the policies of third parties and organizations may be recorded, limited to this, if they present special personal data.

Without prejudice to the situations stipulated in Article 28 of the Law titled Exceptions, your rights that you can exercise by applying to our Company within the framework of Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

  • Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Requesting that the transactions carried out in accordance with the above articles be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
  • Requesting compensation for your losses in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

To ensure that your requests are fulfilled, Emaer Kimya San. Ltd. Ltd. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to request the expenses to be incurred according to the tariff specified in Article 13 of the Law titled Application to the Data Controller.
